In their words
Families we have walked beside.
“They took every burden off our shoulders. From the first call at 2am to the burial in Nyeri, someone was always there.”
“We were in London and could not travel at first. Angel brought Mum home and kept us informed at every step on WhatsApp.”
“The coffin, the flowers, the programme, all done with such care. It felt like a family looking after our family.”

Bringing them home
Wherever they are, we can bring them home.
We handle the embassy, airline and customs paperwork, meet your loved one at JKIA and keep you informed on WhatsApp at every step.
In Kenya we serve Nairobi, Kiambu, Machakos, Kajiado, Nakuru, Mombasa, Kisumu, Eldoret and every other county.
About repatriationQuestions families ask
You don't have to know what to do.
If your question isn't here, ask our assistant, or call us. There is no wrong question.
All questionsSomeone has just died. What do I do first?
Call or WhatsApp us at any hour. If your loved one died in hospital, the hospital will issue a notification of death; if they died at home, we will guide you on calling a doctor or the police. We then come to collect them and take them into our care, and we talk you through the next steps one at a time.
Are you really open 24 hours?
Yes. Our phone and WhatsApp are answered day and night, every day of the year, and our team can collect your loved one at any time.
Does sending a request commit me to anything?
No. A request only tells us what you need so we can call or WhatsApp you with a recommended plan and clear costs. Nothing is booked, and nothing is charged, until you have spoken to us and confirmed.
How do I pay, and can I pay in stages?
You can pay by M-Pesa, bank transfer or card. We agree a written plan and price first, and most families pay a deposit with the balance before the burial.
I live abroad. Can I plan a funeral in Kenya from overseas?
Yes. Many of the families we serve are in the diaspora. We plan everything with you on WhatsApp and video calls, send photos of the coffin and flowers, and can live-stream the service so you can take part.
