We then come to collect them and take them into our care, and we talk you through the next steps one at a time.

No. A request only tells us what you need so we can call or WhatsApp you with a recommended plan and clear costs. Nothing is booked, and nothing is charged, until you have spoken to us and confirmed.

You can pay by M-Pesa, bank transfer or card. We agree a written plan and price first, and most families pay a deposit with the balance before the burial.

Yes. Many of the families we serve are in the diaspora. We plan everything with you on WhatsApp and video calls, send photos of the coffin and flowers, and can live-stream the service so you can take part.

Usually the notification of death from the hospital or chief, the deceased's ID, and the ID of the next of kin. We help you obtain the burial permit and, later, the death certificate.

Yes. Our coffins and caskets can be bought on their own, and we deliver free within Nairobi.

Yes. We transport to and arrange burials in every county, and repatriate to and from other countries.
